Before you download
HEIC decoding depends on your browser and the source file. Some files may not open. The converter exports a still image; it does not preserve every original metadata field.
What if my HEIC file cannot be opened?
Try a current browser or another source file. If the browser cannot decode the file, the tool will show an error and leave the original untouched.
